There will be NO refunds issued! Customers that aboard the bus HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES NOT TO SUE the owner, the company, the organization, the participants and lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees. Customers are responsible for their own personal items. Any items left behind will be disposed of. If you booked a party and it had to be cancelled, on my end due to weather conditions, etc. you may re-book for another day. You must call 1-800-568-7101 to rebook.  You will have 48 HOURS ONLY! If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled party, you will need to call 1-800-568-7101 to rebook... you must do so within 48 HOURS before your party. Any customer/client that’s goes 10 minutes pass their ending hour will be charged  for an additional hour at that hour rate. There will be NO REFUNDS!!

Customers that aboard the bus HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of releases or otherwise while in participating in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity, or any events incidental to this Activity. Customers acknowledges and agrees that the activities of the event may be very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. When booking you MUST answer YES to the Terms and Conditions, or your booking will NOT be valid and there will be NO REFUND issued.  PLEASE, let's have fun and remain SAFE at all times!
