Customers that aboard the bus HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES NOT TO SUE  the owner or any party affiliated with the company, the organization, the participants and lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees; DISPUTE any charges made. Customers are responsible for their own personal items. Any items left behind will be disposed of. If you booked a party and it had to be cancelled on my end,  you may re-book for another day with a 48 hour notice. You must call 786-259-3986/561-251-7083 to rebook.  All rescheduled bookings must be done so with a 48 Hour notice. Any customer/client that goes 10 minutes pass their ending hour will be responsible for an additional hour at that hourly rate. Refunds will be issued for an hour booking only at a 60% rate with a 24 hours notice.

Customers that aboard the bus HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of releases or otherwise while in participating in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity, or any events incidental to this Activity. Customers acknowledges and agrees that the activities of the event may be very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage.
